PRECISION CUTTING & DYE SUBLIMATION
Using computerized grading software, team size patterns are mapped onto fabric rolls to maximize yield and eliminate dimensional discrepancies between small and large athlete sizes.
Sublimation uses high-grade Italian dispersed dye inks transferred under controlled heat and pressure, fusing permanently into the polyester molecular structure so prints will never fade or peel.
INDUSTRIAL STITCHING & QUALITY CONTROL
Our machinists utilize 4-needle 6-thread flatlock machinery for chafe-free athletic seams, alongside heavy-duty bar-tack machines at pocket corners, shoulder seams, and stress points.
Before packing, each finished piece undergoes a manual inspection for thread trimming, dimension tolerances against the tech pack, and accurate roster numbering.
